Pros: Better than an SM58, Superior Audio Quality, Great Sound Quality

Cons: Mic clip feels flimsy

Best Uses: Radio, Podcasts, Voiceovers, Vocals

This product by far is the best mic that I’ve acquired for a great price. The SM58 I invested in a few years ago will set you back around 180 – 250. Where as this Behringer C-1 Condenser Microphone for a fraction of the cost captures audio at a higher quality than SM58s or other expensive mics. In terms of it’s comparison to a more expensive condenser microphone this one is great if your on a budget or just need something to get the job done. The mic holder is slightly flimsy but there are shock mounts available for the Behringer C1 which will fix that.

JULIA Gillard and Tony Abbott were dragged into “cat call” row today after the Prime Minister was accused of calling a senior Liberal a “mincing poodle”.

The Prime Minister came under fire from the Coalition after she voiced her offence at the “meow” noise Liberal Senator David Bushby made at Finance Minister Penny Wong yesterday.

Senator Bushby apologised to Senator Wong but his actions ignited a sexism row, with Labor accusing the Coalition of feral behaviour and Tony Abbott of leading a party of sexist “goons”.

However, the Coalition labelled Ms Gillard a hypocrite, claiming she had called Christopher Pyne a “mincing poodle” in 2009.

Ms Gillard denied the allegation, but then pulled Mr Abbott into the controversy.
